Only what project communication requires
When you email us, we may receive your name, contact details, organisation, project context and material you choose to include. We use it only to understand and respond to enquiries, evaluate potential work, arrange follow-up communication, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Do not send credentials, production data or unrelated sensitive personal information through public email.
Retention follows a defined need
We determine retention by whether the enquiry remains active, whether an engagement is formed, and any applicable legal or contractual obligations. We review necessity periodically and delete or anonymise information when the purpose is complete and continued retention is not required. Access is limited to people who need it for communication or delivery.
Only what email and website delivery require
Email, hosting and network service providers may process necessary information to provide transmission, storage, security and site access. They are required to process it only for the agreed purpose and apply appropriate safeguards. The site does not enable third-party advertising or profiling by default.
Access, correction, deletion and withdrawal
Where applicable law allows, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion, or withdraw from further contact. Email hello@ninenav.com and identify the related message or enquiry. We will verify identity and scope before responding within a reasonable period.
New collection functions will be explained first
The site currently has no enquiry form. Before introducing analytics, customer service, forms or other collection functions, we will update this policy and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
